After a rainy wedding day, we were so happy to have pictures already scheduled for another day with Kelle and Seth! The lovely folks over at the Highlands Ranch Mansion let us use their spectacular grounds to get a wide variety of shots of these two that were a little more difficult to capture during the wind and rain. I love the HR Mansion- it looks like something out of the English Countryside- perfect for Kelle’s romantic style with her soft curls and all that lace!
It threatened to rain on us again that afternoon, but it ended up just being cool and wonderful, and we had the space entirely to ourselves!
Since this had originally been scheduled as Kelle’s bridal pictures, we definitely took the time to emphasize her. Plus, she’s so stinking cute, how can you not?
Just enough wind for that expensive model photography look…
It’s so nice to be able to photograph in a space like the Highlands Ranch Mansion when it’s not your wedding day. During a wedding, it might be difficult to get all these architectural shots with guests exploring the grounds. Because we were really the only folks there, we could really show off the mansion.
Something blue…
These two are so funny together! They tease and joke in the funniest way. It’s also clear that Seth really gets along well with Kelle’s mom, Sara, who was along to help. The three of them together are a fun mix!
Pretty, romantic… good grief, lady. You make my job easy!
Right about now, a pigeon and a hawk started fighting right above Kelle… in a pretty violent way. Every time I think we’ve run across every possible challenge in wedding photography, something new happens!
