The NACE Event we photographed at Mile High Station last week was catered by the lovely folks at Occasions Catering. We’ve always enjoyed chatting with Dana, one of their event designers, at StudioWed events, and we had a great time laughing with the Chef about the “deconstructed” food trend. Now, any time baked goods fall apart at our houses they shall forevermore be “deconstructed” cookies.

The people are friendly, the food was tasty, the service was efficient, and hey, something might be deconstructed. What more could you ask for?
